After an in-person session or Telehealth consultation, we can modify your exercises and build on what you have been doing.
Your program will be emailed to you within 24hrs of your session.
You will receive a PDF program to print as well as an interactive program set out for the next 10-12 weeks via the Physitrack app. This includes video demonstrations, reminders, support from Emily, and adherence tracking.
